Recruitment Process

STEP 1: Applying And Selection

View our job vacancies for a list of all active employment opportunities with MCS then send your resume if you find an opportunity that matches your interests and skills. The Human Capital Department will review all appropriate applications for the job and select the candidates who will be invited for an interview.

STEP 2: First Interview

If you are invited for an interview, we will contact you by telephone to check your availability. This is an HR interview focused on personal evaluation.

STEP 3: Second Interview 

In the HR Interview, the Human Capital Department evaluates all candidates against the job requirements and then selects the best qualified candidates to pass to the technical interview. This interview is concerned with the technical evaluation of your skills.

STEP4: Final Approval And Job Offer

Once the candidate’s qualifications have been approved by all concerned parties, the successful candidate will be contacted by the Human Capital Department for the job offer meeting. Following your successful pre-employment process, Human Capital department start their procedure to ensure a smooth on-boarding and orientation process for you.

Job Openings

Responsible for the development, testing and bug fixing of new projects. Design enhancements for the application as required.

Qualifications:

1. B.Sc. degree in Engineering

2. 1-7 years of experience in a similar position (in a similar field is an asset)

3. Has previous experience in desktop applicants using .NET framework (1.1 – 2.0)

4. Has good and solid knowledge of UML and Object Oriented Programming concepts

5. Good English

Developing a wide range of high quality business applications using Visual C++  programming language.

Qualifications:

1. B.Sc. degree in Engineering

2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar position

3. Windows Programming using MFC and Win32 using Visual Studio 2003-2005

4. SQL server 2000-2005

5. Multithreading programming

6. Good English

Developing a wide range of high quality GIS applications using .Net programming language. Delivery of Windows or Web GIS Application developments by developing GIS applications with Visual Studio .NET (VB.NET, ASP.Net 2005-2003), Autodesk GIS and ArcGIS family of ESRI GIS applications.

Qualifications:
1.  B.Sc. degree in Engineering

2. 1-3 years of programming experience
3. Experience in developing GIS applications with Visual Studio 2005 (Specially VB.NET or ASP.NET 2005)
4. Experience in using AutoCAD, AutoDeskMap, MapGuide, ESRI GIS.

5. Good English

Responsible for working with GIS software system for the acquisition, Q.C., Q.A. and development of technical data, drawings, charts and reports for petroleum offshore projects such as pipeline inspection and platform inspection.

Qualifications:
1. B.Sc. in Architectural, Civil, Mechanical and Electronics Engineering.

2. Offshore previous experience is a plus.

3. Excellent computer skills, specially:
a- At least 1 year experience in using AutoCAD.
b- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
4. Excellent command of English.
