Key Responsibilities:
· Active Directory & Domain Services:
o Manage multi-domain/forest AD architecture (child-parent trusts, replication, sites).
o Maintain FSMO roles (Schema Master, RID Master, PDC Emulator, etc.).
o Troubleshoot domain controllers (Primary/Secondary), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
· Windows Server Administration:
o Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).
o Manage Hyper-V virtualization (hosts, clusters, live migrations).
o Optimize file/print servers, DFS, and NAS storage (SAN/NAS configurations).
· Microsoft 365 & Azure:
o Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
o Manage Azure AD, hybrid identities (AD Connect), and conditional access.
o Deploy and monitor Azure VMs, backups, and cost governance.
· Database & Storage:
o Support SQL Server (installation, backups, basic query tuning).
o Configure RAID arrays (0/1/5/6/10) and troubleshoot storage failures.
o Manage NAS/SAN solutions (NetApp, Dell EMC, Synology).
· Monitoring & Documentation:
o Implement monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, SCOM, Zabbix).
o Maintain detailed documentation (network diagrams, SOPs, KBs).
o Lead incident response and root cause analysis (RCA).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 5+ years in infrastructure engineering, with expertise in:
· Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V, and FSMO roles.
· Azure cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, networking).
· Storage solutions (NAS/SAN, RAID).
· Scripting/Automation (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible).
· Strong knowledge of SQL Server, monitoring tools, and M365.
· Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, MCSE, or equivalent.
