We have designed our Ocean Aurora Remote Survey Vessel (RSV) to significantly reduce costs, and allow our clients to have full schedule independence, by eradicating the need for manned surface vessels to perform subsea survey and inspection operations. This future-ready technology uses advanced automation to deploy and recover our state-of-the-art MiniSpector® and ProSpector® mini ROVs. The pilot of the Ocean Aurora can operate the vessel from our Remote Operations Centre (ROC) onshore. This solution provides the opportunity, not only to save money, but to advance our industry with ‘industry 4.0’ techniques and work in a more efficient and sustainable way.
