* Familiarity with:
o SIEM tools and log analysis
o Security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
* Industry certifications are a plus:
o CCNA/CCNP, NSE, PCNSE or similar.
o CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or similar

Network Management:
* Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN networks across HQ and different branches.
* Configure and manage routers, switches, and wireless access points (Cisco, HP, or equivalent).
* Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
 Network Security & Firewalls:
* Deploy and maintain enterprise-grade firewall appliances.
* Define and manage security policies, VPNs, and access rules.
* Continuously assess and harden perimeter defenses.
Security Monitoring & Incident Response:
* Conduct routine vulnerability assessments and patch management.
*Collaborate with external vendors or internal teams for MDR service delivery.
* Respond to and mitigate security incidents as per incident response procedures.

Secure Remote Access & PAM:
* Implement and maintain secure remote access solutions (e.g., SSL/IPSec VPNs, Zero Trust).
* Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM)
* Enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) and least-privilege access.
 Endpoint Security:
* Manage enterprise Antivirus, EDR, and MDR solutions.
* Investigate and respond to endpoint security alerts.
* Ensure regular updates and compliance with endpoint security policies.
Documentation & Compliance:
* Maintain up-to-date documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and security policies.
* Assist in audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal and external standards (ISO, NIST, etc.).

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
•5+ years of experience in network and security engineering roles
